Members of these
boards are appointed based on their background and interest in a
particular field and are expected to attend all advisory board meetings.
Those who miss three consecutive meetings or twenty-five percent of the
regularly scheduled meetings in a calendar year shall be considered to
have resigned. Attendance reports are sent to the Membership and Mission
Review Board on a quarterly basis for review.
NOTE: Financial
disclosure is required following appointment, not at the time of
application.
