Provides recommendations and comments to the County on various proposed County rules, regulations, and ordinances affecting the agricultural industry. Meets first Wednesday of each month at 8:00 a.m.

Studies potential uses of the Tourist Development Tax revenues and recommends allocation of County funding for arts and cultural affairs. Meets as needed.

Assists and advises the County in providing for the general improvement and enhancement of Big Sand Lake. Meets quarterly, third Tuesday of the month (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct) at 5:00 p.m.

Hears and decides appeals resulting from decisions or determinations made by the Planning or Zoning Department managers, special exceptions, and variances. Meets first Thursday of each month at 9:00 a.m. NOTE: Financial Disclosure Required.

Hears and decides appeals of building official?s decisions regarding the application or interpretation of technical codes, denial or revocation of permits, technical code variance requests; and applications for certificates of competency. Meets fourth Wednesday of each month at 2:00 p.m.

Assists and advises the County on matters relating to the Butler Chain of Lakes Taxing District. Meets third Monday of each month at 4:30 p.m.

Advises the County regarding the provision of direct services to children, youth and families by the Youth and Family Services Division. Meets last Monday of every other month at 12:00 p.m.

Responsible for evaluating, recommending and monitoring county funding to non-profit human service agencies. Meets as needed.

Reviews proposed Orange County land development regulations affecting development and redevelopment in Orange County. Meets Third Monday of each month, 1:30 p.m.

Addresses problems such as limited access of public accommodations and recommends priority funding needs of the disabled to the County. Meets second Monday of each month at 2:30 p.m.

Recommends revisions, as appropriate, to regulations affecting the continuing protection of the environmental quality of the air, water, and land in the County. Meets last Wednesday of each month at 8:30 a.m.

Hears appeals of decisions of the fire official as to the application or interpretation of any state fire safety statute, rule, or regulation; reviews and proposes amendments to the fire prevention code. Meets second Thursday of each month at 9:00 a.m.

Evaluate parcels of land for acquisition through the Green PLACE program. Meets second Wednesday every other month, 10:00 a.m.

Makes recommendations regarding health care resource allocation and increases public awareness of community health needs. Meets fourth Wednesday of every other month at 2:00 p.m.

Provides financial assistance for qualifying housing developments. Meets first Wednesday of each month at 8:30 a.m. NOTE: Financial Disclosure Required.

Authorized to issue revenue bonds or other debt obligations repayable solely from revenues derived from the sale, operation, or leasing of capital projects. Meets third Tuesday of each month at 2:00 p.m. NOTE: Financial Disclosure Required.

Advises the County on the implementation of the International Drive redevelopment plan and the identification and prioritization of projects. Meets as needed.

Advises the County regarding the administration and operation of the Lake Anderson MSBU. Meets third Thursday of the second month of each quarter at 6:00 p.m.

Assist and Advise the County on matters relating to the Lake Conway Special Taxing District. Meets second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m.

Assists and advises the County in providing for the general improvement and enhancement of Lake Killarney. Meets quarterly.

Assists and advises the County in providing for the general improvement of Lake Sue. Meets quarterly, fourth Tuesday of the month (J, A, J, O) at 5:30 p.m.

Reviews applications for appointment to Orange County advisory boards; makes recommendations to the County concerning appointments and continued existence of advisory boards. Meets third Friday of each month at 8:30 a.m.

The Community Advisory Committee (CAC) ensures the public has the opportunity to review and evaluate proposed transportation plans prior to adoption by the MetroPlan Orlando Board. Meets fourth Wednesday of each month at 9:30 a.m.

Reviews and approves criteria and application forms for each neighborhood grant program, oversees the application review process, approves grant recipients, hears appeals, and monitors the progress of grant recipients. Meets quarterly.

Hears and decides complaints alleging that a place or premises constitutes a public nuisance. Meets fourth Thursday of each month at 9:00 a.m.

Promotes the revitalization of the Orange Blossom Trail area. Meets fourth Wednesday each month at 8:30 a.m.

Aids in the development, operation, management and financing of the University of Central Florida Research Park. Meets third Thursday of every other month (J, M, M, J, S, N) at 10:30 a.m., NOTE: Financial Disclosure Required

Considers the present and future needs of the park system, including possible expansion or major capital improvements. Meets second Thursday of each month at 12:00 p.m.

Formulates plans for and prioritizes improvements to the Pine Hills Local Government Neighborhood Improvement District. Meets first Wednesday each month at 9:00 a.m.

Makes recommendations on proposed transportation expenditures, transportation and mobility innovation, and review of past transportation expenditures. Meets TBD.
