Provides recommendations and comments to the County on various proposed County rules, regulations, and ordinances affecting the agricultural industry. Meets first Wednesday of each month at 8:00 a.m.

Assists and advises the County in providing for the general improvement and enhancement of Big Sand Lake. Meets quarterly, third Tuesday of the month (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct) at 5:00 p.m.

Hears and decides appeals of building official?s decisions regarding the application or interpretation of technical codes, denial or revocation of permits, technical code variance requests; and applications for certificates of competency. Meets fourth Wednesday of each month at 2:00 p.m.

Assists and advises the County on matters relating to the Butler Chain of Lakes Taxing District. Meets third Monday of each month at 4:30 p.m.

Advises the County regarding the provision of direct services to children, youth and families by the Youth and Family Services Division. Meets last Monday of every other month at 12:00 p.m.

Collects information and data on services for children and families; assesses the needs and services families; and renders advice and recommendations on resources to children, youth and families. Meets first Friday of second month of each quarter, 8:30 a.m.

Responsible for evaluating, recommending and monitoring county funding to non-profit human service agencies. Meets as needed.

Collects information and data on the needs of and services for elders and caregivers; Assists agencies in assessing these needs and services; analyzes the elder-readiness of the County; Meets fourth Tuesday every other month at 3:00 p.m.

Responsible for development, review, supervision, evaluation and recommendation for final approval of all fiscal and program policies, plans, priorities, proposals, budgets and any other activities to be conducted by the Community Action Division. Meets second Wednesday of each month at 4:00 p.m.

Addresses problems such as limited access of public accommodations and recommends priority funding needs of the disabled to the County. Meets second Monday of each month at 2:30 p.m.

Hears appeals of decisions of the fire official as to the application or interpretation of any state fire safety statute, rule, or regulation; reviews and proposes amendments to the fire prevention code. Meets second Thursday of each month at 9:00 a.m.

Makes recommendations regarding health care resource allocation and increases public awareness of community health needs. Meets fourth Wednesday of every other month at 2:00 p.m.

Advises the County regarding the administration and operation of the Lake Anderson MSBU. Meets third Thursday of the second month of each quarter at 6:00 p.m.

Assist and Advise the County on matters relating to the Lake Conway Special Taxing District. Meets second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m.

Promotes the revitalization of the Orange Blossom Trail area. Meets fourth Wednesday each month at 8:30 a.m.

Assists in the efforts of training and educating citizens on emergency preparedness, crime prevention, and disaster planning. Meets third Wednesday of each month at 9:00 a.m.

Formulates plans for and prioritizes improvements to the Pine Hills Local Government Neighborhood Improvement District. Meets first Wednesday each month at 6:00 p.m.

Makes recommendations to the County for the effective operation of special projects or uses of the Tourist Development Tax revenue. Meets as called, at least once per quarter.
