Lake Sue Advisory Board

Enabling Legislation:
Resolution 2023-M-24 creating the Lake Sue Advisory Board was adopted by the Board of County Commissioners on July 11, 2023.
Membership:
The advisory board shall consist of three members appointed by the District Commissioner and confirmed by the Board of County Commissioners. Members shall be property owners and reside in the MSTU during their service on the advisory board.

Term Of Office:
Terms are for two years.
Powers and Duties:
The primary responsibility of the Lake Sue Advisory Board is to advise the Board of County Commissioners regarding the administration and operation of the Lake Sue MSTU in matters related to aquatic plant management and the general improvement and enhancement of Lake Sue.
Meetings:
Meets quarterly, fourth Tuesday of the month (J, A, J, O) at 5:30 p.m., Environmental Protection Division, 3165 McCrory Place, Suite 200, Orlando, FL 32803
