Lake Rose Advisory Board

Enabling Legislation:
Resolution No. 2016-M-12 was adopted by the Board of County Commissioners on April 26, 2016.
Membership:
The advisory board shall consist of five members appointed by the District Commissioner and confirmed by the Board of County Commissioners. Members must be property owners and reside within the MSTU during their service on the advisory board.
Member Types:
Term Of Office:
Three of the members shall appointed for a term expiring on December 31, 2017, and two of the members shall he appointed for a term expiring on December 31, 2018. Thereafter, at the expiration of the initial terms, members shall be appointed for two-year terms. All members shall serve until their successors are appointed by the Board of County Commissioners.
Powers and Duties:
The duties of the Advisory Board shall be to advise the Board of County Commissioners regarding the administration and operation of the Lake Rose MSTU in matters related to aquatic plant management.
Meetings:
Meets quarterly, second Thursday of the month (J, A, J, O) at 6:00 p.m.
