Lake Ola Advisory Board

Enabling Legislation:
Resolution 2013-M-54, creating the Lake Ola Advisory Board, was adopted by the Board of County Commissioners on December 17, 2013.
Membership:
The advisory board shall consist of five members. Members of the advisory board shall be residents within the Lake Ola MSTU during their service as members of the advisory board. Members are appointed by the District Commissioner and approved by the Board of County Commissioners.

Term Of Office:
Three of the members shall appointed for a term expiring on December 31, 2014, and two of the members shall he appointed for a term expiring on December 31, 2015. Thereafter, at the expiration of the initial terms, members shall be appointed for two-year terms. All members shall serve until their successors are appointed by the Board of County Commissioners.
Powers and Duties:
The duties of the advisory board shall be to advise the Board of County Commissioners regarding the administration and operation of the Lake Ola MSTU in matters related to general lake cleaning maintenance and aquatic plant control on Lake Ola.
Meetings:
Meets triannually on the third Tuesday of M, J, N at 6:30 p.m., Tangerine Improvement Society Hall, 7101 Wright Avenue, Tangerine, FL 32777
