This position is responsible for technical work in the analysis of Itron operations as they relate to the field operations of the billing section.
Responsibilities include uploading and downloading of meter routes, statistical reporting of field staff reads and orders, Itron report generation, and monitoring system performance. Providing management with the necessary information and recommendations to facilitate field analysis and Itron deficiencies. Works to analyze and interpret data, resolve Itron problems, and enhance efficiency.
Work is performed under the direction of an assigned supervisor.

| Minimum Qualifications |
| |
Associate's degree and two years of responsible experience in Itron and field service work. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. |
