Performs responsible work associated with handling customer utility accounts. An employee assigned to this classification is responsible for ensuring accurate monthly billing and collection of customer utility accounts, resolving customer issues and supervising assigned staff. The employee is expected to exercise independent judgment and initiative in accomplishing job responsibilities. Work is performed under the general direction of an assigned supervisor. |
