Coordinates section activities within the Utility. Responsible for the quality and the quantity of work performed by the section. This is highly responsible professional work with extensive supervisory duties. Work is performed with considerable independence under the general supervision of the Department Manager. |

| Minimum Qualifications |
| |
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in a field of study to be specified by the department and four years of experience to be specified by the department; or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
Based on area of assignment may be required to possess and maintain the appropriate certification or license. |
