| General Functions |

Performs semi-skilled work in the fabrication, maintenance and repair of the traffic signs. An employee assigned to this classification assembles, primes, enamels and beads traffic signs in accordance with work order requests. Work is performed with some independence under the limited supervision of the assigned supervisor. |

| Minimum Qualifications |
| |
Graduation from high school or equivalent and one year of experience in street sign fabrication; or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience in computer aided drafting may be substituted. |
