Develops, tests, documents, and maintains reports and business work flows based on specifications provided. This is an entry-level position in this career path.
Work is performed under the general supervision of the assigned supervisor and is evaluated on accuracy, efficiency and achievement of desired results.

| Representative Duties /Assignments |
| |
- Develops, enhances, and tests reports based on specifications. Writes simple to moderate structured query language (SQL) queries.
- Performs moderately complex workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements.
- Communicates and interacts with customer contacts to increase efficiency and functionality of software applications.
- Performs technical system testing with assistance from technical leads.
- Provides on call support as needed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Documents applications, technical specifications and user manuals.
- Maintains current technology expertise.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

| Minimum Qualifications |
| |
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science or Business Administration with one year experience in problem analysis. Related experience in system analysis and performance may be substituted for the education on a year-for-year basis.
Facilities Management Division:
May be required to provide own transportation to perform work related duties.
