Oversee and maintain customer support and problem resolution in all areas of the clinic.

| Representative Duties /Assignments |
| |
- Schedules the daily surgery and general clinic operations.
- Communicate with staff veterinarian as well as supervise and schedule clinic staff to ensure proper coverage for all aspects of clinic operations.
- Perform supervisory responsibilities to include disciplining, training, counseling, and evaluating all assigned staff.
- Maintain and control all clinic inventory including scheduled drugs.
- Collect and maintain clinic data for statistical purposes.
- Responsible for coordinating and scheduling mobile Spay/Neuter Clinic. May involve driving the mobile bus.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

| Minimum Qualifications |
| |
An associate degree in business administration or a related field and three years experience as a veterinarian technician, medical assistant or closely related occupation; or an equivalent combination of relevant education, training or experience. One year of the required experience must be in a supervisory role.
Must possess a valid Florida Class "B" Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with passenger endorsement or obtain within six months of hire.
Must have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel etc.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form with all levels of staff and citizens on technical and non-technical issues involving the animal control industry.
Must have the ability to collect and maintain clinic data for statistical purposes and use spreadsheets for clinic automation.
Must have the ability to train and work with all levels of clinic staff.
