Step 1 : Attend or register for a landlord briefing to understand our guidelines and procedures if you have not already attended one.
Step 2 : Please email the following documents to Ruth Jacques at Ruth.Jacques@ocfl.net :
Proof of property ownership (e.g., deed, title document, property tax statement, or mortgage statement if applicable).
Documentation proving ownership or management rights if the property is not solely owned.
A valid government-issued ID.
Your current contact information, including address and phone number, for verification purposes.
Upon verification of your documents, you will receive a password to complete your property registration on our website.
Step 3 : Register Your Property once your documents have been vetted and approved, use the password provided to complete the registration of your property on our website. This step involves entering detailed information about your property and agreeing to the terms of listing with Orange County Housing.
The information will be listed for 30 days or until you inform Orange County Housing that the unit is no longer available. At the end of the 30-day period your property will be removed from the list.
Once your property is listed, prospective tenants contact you directly.
There is no guarantee that a tenant will select your unit.
The landlord is responsible for screening prospective tenants.
