Orange County Building is now processing the following types of applications/payments for issuance of permits and payment validation by facsimile.

Permits Payment Validation
  • Electrical
  • Low voltage
  • Mechanical
  • Plumbing
  • Roof
  • Re-roof
Applications licensing recording fees for state certified licenses, and re-inspection fee payments.

Steps for using facsimile processing

To submit your permit applications by facsimile, you need to first establish a deposit with Orange County Building. After you've followed these three steps, you're ready to submit your applications and payment requests by facsimile.

At Orange County Building (201 So.   Rosalind Ave., 1st Floor)
  1. Visit the building licensing section
  2. Set up an account
  3. Pay minimum required deposit of $150.00
    (annual fee $30.00)

To obtain a permit

Fax the following information to (407) 836-5507
INCOMPLETE applications can't be processed!
  1. Cover letter indicating the fees to be paid
  2. Include a photocopy of your license
  3. Include completed permit application
  4. Indicate that payment is by deposit
  5. Name and phone number of contact
