I. CONSENT AGENDA
A. COUNTY COMPTROLLER
1. Approval of the check register authorizing the most recently disbursed County
funds, having been certified that same had not been drawn on overexpended
accounts. (Finance/Accounting) Page 18
2. Disposition of Tangible Personal Property as follows: (Property/Accounting)
a. Trade assets towards the purchase of new equipment.
b. Scrap assets that are non-functional or no longer repairable.
c. Abandon an asset in place that was not economical to move.
B COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR
1. Approval of Agreement for Public or Charitable use between Orange County,
Florida and the City of Orlando, Florida regarding use of the rvlLS Stadium.
2. Approval to renew the existing contract with Vanguard for record keeping
services and with Vanguard and Dimensional fund Advisors for investment
provider services for the County's Deferred Compensation Program for the five
year renewal period through April 30, 2019; and approval of Vanguard's new
proposal of the Admiral share class, with an annual $75 per-participant record
keeping fee. Page 25-27

must set aside at least 15 minutes at the beginning of each regular meeting for citizens to speak to the Board on any
matter of public interest under the Board's authority and jurisdiction, regardless of whether the public issue is on the
Board's agenda, but excluding matters that are not appropriate for public discussion, such as pending procurement or
land use issues.
