Approval of the Amendment to the  Orange  County  Deferred  Compensation  Plan for   ING.   This   amendment   incorporates  additions  to  our   plan   resulting  from changes  to  Section  457  of the  Internal  Revenue  Code  allowing  post-severance deferral of sick, vacation  and back pay. Section  28.31,   Florida  Statutes,  requires  Board  approval  to  dispose  of  records maintained   for   the   BCC.    Records   of   importance   are    microfilmed   prior   to destruction of the paper version.
