Sell assets through public auction, offer to non"':profit organizations, and then scrap remaining assets. B. COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR 1. Approval of the Membership and Mission Review Board's recommendations for the following advisory board appointments/reappointments: (Agenda Development Office) Page 17-18 A. Agricultural Advisory Board: Reappointment of Larry B. Bean in the citrus industry representative category and David Dymond in the at large representative category with terms expiring December 31, 2015. Note: This will be a third term for Mr. Bean and Mr. Dymond and will require a supermajority vote (5) of the Board of County Commissioners. Page 19-20 B. Animal Services Advisory Board: Appointment of Erin M. Koski to succeed Donna Schade in the at large representative category with a term expiring December 31! 2015. Page 21-22 C. Animal Services Classification Committee: Appointment of D. Andrew Paul, Jr. in the alternate representative category with a term expiring December 31 ! 2015. Page 23-24 CONTINUED 'Pursuant to Section 209 of the Orange County Charter, as amended on Nov. 4, 2008, the Board of County Commissioners must set aside at least 15 minutes at the beginning of each regular meeting for citizens to speak to the Board on any matter of public interest under the Board's authority and jurisdiction, regardless of whether the public issue is on the Board's agenda, but excluding matters that are not appropriate for public discussion, such as pending procurement or land use issues.
