Trade assets for an allowance towards the purchase of new equipment. d. Dispose of software that is no longer used. e. Dispose of an asset that was destroyed by inclement weather. f. Donate an asset with an approximate value of $15 to Help Net Charity, in lieu of selling at fair market value. g. Transfer assets to the City of Winter Garden via an approved Interlocal Agreement. h. Intemally sell vehicles from Building Division to Capital Projects. 3. Approval to pay the Property Appraiser's fourth (4th) quarter billing in the amount of $2,763,685.27. (Finance/Accounting) Page 14 CONTINUED ·Pursuant to Section 209 of the Orange County Charter, as amended on Nov. 4, 2008, the Board of County Commissioners must set aside at least 15 minutes at the beginning of each regular meeting for citizens to speak to the Board on any matter of public interest under the Board's authority and jurisdiction, regardless of whether the public issue is on the Board's agenda, but excluding matters that are not appropriate for public discussion, such as pending procurement or land use issues.
