Crotty -AND- Board of County  Commissioners FROM: Randy Singh, Manager, Office of Management & Budget  (OMB) SUBJECT: Consent Agenda Item for March 21, 2006 Law Enforcement  Impact Fee Fund CONTACT: Ernest Moody, Senior Management and Budget Analyst, OMB PHONE: 407-836-7390 The Orange  County Sheriff's  Office is requesting  an expenditure  of $54,471.28  from the Law  Enforcement   Impact  Fees  to  purchase  29  DELL  Latitude  D610  Pentium   M  740 computers   ($45,941.22),  29  Office   Professional   2003   software  ($7,973.26),  and  29 licenses   of  Streets  and  Trips  2005  ($556.80).    These  equipment   purchases  will  be issued to the 29 new deputy positions approved for FY 2006. ACTION REQUESTED: Approval    to     spend     $54,471.28 from     the     Law Enforcement    Impact    Fee   fund    for    equipment    as detailed in the  attachments.
