1. Approval of the check register authorizing the most recently disbursed County
funds, having been certified that same had not been drawn on over-expended

a. Scrap assets.
b. Internally sell an asset from Convention Center to Utilities Water
Reclamation for $4,235.23.
c. Dispose of assets that were sold at public auction.
