Crotty -AND- Board of County Commissioners FROM: Randy Singh, Manager, Office of Management & Budget (OMB)   A 5- SUBJECT: Consent Agenda Item for February 3, 2009 Disbursement of Administrative Funds for Orange County CRA On  October   28,  2008,   the   Board   approved  the  Orange   County   Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), commonly referredto as the OBT CRA, resolution and proposed  FY 2008-09 budget.   In addition, an advance  payment of  $150,000 was approved for administrative  expenses to start the fiscal year.  This allowed the Orange Blossom Trail Development  Board to continue its normal operations  until the  incremental  tax revenue was received.   Funding  is now available to pay the remaining  $143,333 CRA administrative  expenses in the budget. ACTIONREQUESTED: NOTE TO THE CLERK: RS/mb Approval to process the remaining  Orange County CRA    administrative    expenses     budgeted     for FY    2008-09    to    the    Orange    Blossom    Trail Development Board in the amount of $143,333.
