Specific Intent/Description

All of the "Neighborhood" land use classifications were created to promote the redevelopment of blighted communities. The NR district includes a diverse residential development pattern that is accentuated by parks, recreation areas and civic uses essential to community gathering. The district is pedestrian in nature with side-walk lined, tree-shaded streets naturally calmed by on-street parking and an active environment
