Maximum Residential Gross Density

30 dwelling units per acre (minimum of 12 dwelling units per acre)

Maximum Non-Residential Intensity

Non-residential development at a rate of 10,000 square feet per 125 units, with a maximum of 50,000 square feet of non-residential neighborhood support uses per development.

Typical Uses

Predominately multi-family residential uses, but neighborhood support uses may be considered. See International Drive Activity Center Element Policy 3.1.1 for listing of permitted uses.

Specific Intent/Description

The ACR classification facilitates residential development in close proximity to employment areas to minimize travel distance and time between these uses. Conditions of approval should ensure housing is affordable to tourist oriented employment. ACR property within the designated Buena Vista North - Overlay District must develop according to the district's adopted design standards.
