Performs responsible utilities work associated with handling of customers and municipalities. Responsible for answering program hotline calls and/or field visits to customers. Investigates and resolves field problems. Researches, compiles and analyzes data for use in reports and meetings. Based on area of responsibility may be responsible for schools presentations for the program specified by the department.
Programs could include recycling, mandatory refuse, water conservation or water reuse.
Work requires independent judgment under the supervision of a designated supervisor.

| Minimum Qualifications |

Graduation with an Associate's degree and two years of utilities related experience in an area to be specified based on area of responsibility; or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
May require a valid Florida Driver's License with in six months of hire. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. |
