Performs responsible supervisory duties in work units handling customer utility accounts. This is utility customer account work of a specialized nature with extensive supervisory duties. The employee must exercise independent judgment and initiative in accomplishing job responsibilities. Work is performed under the general supervision of an assigned supervisor.

| Minimum Qualifications |

Graduation from high school or equivalent and fours years of clerical or customer service experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
Must possess and maintain a valid Florida Driver's License. |
