| General Functions |

This is responsible supervisory work in a large, modern Convention Center complex supervising the housekeeping functions of in-house employees, as well as a custodial contractor. Work requires considerable familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and includes supervision and instruction of subordinates in the more difficult phases of work. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Operations Manager. |

| Minimum Qualifications |
| |
Graduation from High School or equivalent and eight years of janitorial services experience in a commercial, industrial or institutional setting, to include three years of supervisory experience training, monitoring and scheduling the work of large, full time crews; or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience. |
