BUSINESS SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt 

General Functions
  

The Business Services Representative monitors the parking lots and assists in the collection of the parking revenue. This position may also prepare and balance the cash boxes for the ticket sellers and assists in preparing the deposit, and general office duties.

Work is performed under the general supervision of assigned Supervisor and is evaluated for attention to detail and accuracy through observations and work performance.

 
Representative Duties /Assignments
  
  • Monitors parking spaces, patrols parking lots and relieves toll booth attendants.
  • Prepares deposits and classification of receipts and general office work.
  • Prepares and balances cash boxes for ticket sellers.
  • Receives parking fees from public /attendees.
  • Meets the Center of Hospitality (CoH) standards.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
 
Minimum Qualifications
  

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and six months cash handling or customer service experience.

Must have the ability to learn and operate:
  • Two-Way Radio
  • Automated Parking System
  • Point of Sale System


  • Have the ability to work with guests in a professional and courteous Center of Hospitality manner.

    Must be available to work a flexible schedule based upon show activity, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and/or holidays and able to work outdoors as applicable.

     
    Preferences
      

    Microsoft Office proficiency.

    Hospitality industry and parking/traffic operations experience.
