A degree in Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration or a closely related field.
Experience with the use of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) work order software.
Fire Rescue - Operations
Experience in learning Management System and/or Telestaff Staffing Program or college-level coursework in Instructional Design.
Experience with Crystal Reports software, able to organize, run queries and produce relevant building maintenance reports.
Fire Rescue - Planning
Experience with a Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system.
Experience with administration of an Oracle database.
Experience with work order management and inventory management databases.
Utilities
Experience working in a utilities environment with emphasis on treatment facilities.
Experience with Business Intelligence Reporting software, specifically utilized to track asset information, run queries and produce relevant asset maintenance reports.
