General Functions |
|
Plan, organize and direct the day-to-day activities of the County’s Child Services. Develop and implement policies and procedures. |

Representative Duties /Assignments |
|
- Oversee and direct all division operations to ensure adherence to applicable regulations and statutes.
- Serve on Statewide and local boards to represent youth-serving agency’s interests and provide input on legislation and administration.
- Manage grant activities including preparing applications, budgets and amendments.
- Provide supervision to division staff by directing and recommending management assignments.
- Monitor program performance to ensure quality of services provided to clients.

Minimum Qualifications |
|
Requires a Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Services or a related field and four years of experience in children or youth services, to include two years of supervisory or management experience. |
