General Functions |
|
Provides professional, technical and administrative direction for the operation of the Information Systems and Services Division. Interfaces with hardware and software vendors, departments, divisions, elected officials, and other agencies in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the position.
Work is performed with independence and initiative under the general supervision of the Chief Information Officer. Performance is reviewed through observations, conferences, reports and achievement of desired results.

Representative Duties /Assignments |

- Performs high-level project management.
- Develops and analyzes business needs.
- Establishes procedures and work flow.
- Conducts performance measurements and performance management.
- Plans, schedules, directs, supervises and monitors staff.
- Provides training direction and career path guidance for staff.
- Prepares and monitors budgets.
- Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications |
|
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or closely related field and six years experience in information systems supervision, organizational development, budget development and control, and project management.
