| General Functions |
| |
Responsible for the administration of network and security account management. Responsibilities include assessing network vulnerability, support and troubleshoot physical and electronic security systems. Incumbents provide telephone and Service Center support for security issues.
Work is under the general supervision of the IT Security Architect or their designee. Performance is reviewed through observations, conferences, reports and achievement of desired results.

| Representative Duties /Assignments |

- Performs Active Directory, Remote Access, Microsoft Exchange and physical security account management.
- Implements and supports information security and physical security systems.
- Performs analysis of various systems including antivirus, intrusion detection, web filtering and Information Security activities and data.
- Performs enterprise-wide security audits on computers and physical access systems.
- Performs enterprise-wide forensic investigations.
Provides enterprise Security support with a 24x7x365 status.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

| Minimum Qualifications |
| |
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Business Management or closely related field and one year of responsible technical experience in security and systems analysis in a multi-vendor, multi-site environment. Technical experience in security and systems analysis may be substituted for the education requirement on a year for year basis.
Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, desktop systems and physical access control systems.
