CITIZEN SERVICES COORDINATOR

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt 

General Functions
   Provides a department with a system for tracking and resolving public complaints and concerns. Enters, evaluates, prioritizes, initiates investigations of, tracks, and helps resolve public complaints. Work is performed with considerable independence under the direct supervision of assigned supervisor.
 
Minimum Qualifications
   Requires an Associate's degree and three years of progressively responsible experience interacting with the public and resolving problems in an area to be specified by the department; or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience.

Must type at a rate of 40 correct words per minute based on area of assignment. Must possess effective oral and written communication skills.
