This is professional and administrative work planning, coordinating and managing the various programs of a department. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Program Manager of other supervisor. Work is reviewed for the achievement of desired results through conferences and reports. |

| Minimum Qualifications |
| |
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience in Public Services, Human Resource Services, Business, Public Administration or a related field. Additional years of experience may be substituted for the required degree on a year-for-year basis. |
