Performs supervision of the field operations support staff located at the warehouse facility.
Distinguishing Characteristics of Work
This requires a high degree of responsibility in directing the purchasing, warehouse and dispatching functions of the Operational Support Element.
The employee in this position is responsible for many varied duties as needed in an operational support function.
The Financial Analyst of Operations provides general supervision through verbal and written directives.

| Representative Duties /Assignments |

- Ensures the proper operation of the field support facilities.
- Prepares various reports as required by the Department Manager.
- Works closely with other department personnel in accounting for the vehicle fleet, tools and heavy equipment, and new plant assets, department telephone services and warehouse operations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

| Minimum Qualifications |
| |
Graduation from an accredited college with a degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance, combined with two years responsible experience in directing warehousing, purchasing and administrative activities while maintaining accountability thereof.
