| General Functions |

Assists in supervising and coordinating the operations of Exhibitor Services, online ordering, telemarketing, toll booths, parking garage, baggage check and the box office at the Orange County Convention Center.
Work is performed with independence under the general supervision of the Exhibit Services Supervisor.

| Representative Duties /Assignments |
| |
- Assists in supervision and coordination of the daily operations of the Exhibit Services section, which includes Exhibitor Services, Online Ordering, Telemarketing, Toll Booth, Parking Garage, Baggage Check and Box Office. These duties are in various areas of the OCCC, including off-site locations.
- Participates/attends all OCCC related meetings.
- Prepares public event and box office settlements, refunds requests and event fund requests.
- Researches and solves customer service issues.
- Assists in the scheduling, supervision, evaluation, interviewing and hiring of Exhibit Services staff.
- Assists the Exhibit Services Supervisor in preparing and monitoring the section budget and all policies and procedures applying to the section.
- Reviews payroll on a daily basis for accuracy.
- Maintains an active and positive relationship with internal and external partners.
- Responsible for obtaining and maintaining the electronic exhibitor lists for use in telemarketing.
- Prepares statistical reports as requested.
- Maintains a professional appearance and attitude at all times and serves as an ambassador between the OCCC and its clients.
- Monitors and implements performance measurements for the Exhibit Services staff.
- Meets the Center of Hospitality (CoH) standards.
- Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

| Minimum Qualifications |
| |
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree and three years customer services experience and convention services experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
Must be able to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
