| General Functions |

Performs skilled work in accomplishing a variety of printing, duplicating, graphics and bindery functions in the Copy Center under the supervision of the Graphics Supervisor.

| Representative Duties /Assignments |
| |
- Performs skilled work in setting up and operating printing, copying, and bindery equipment.
- Provides a variety of graphic services to include but not limited to, typesetting, basic design layout and manipulating existing artwork to print properly.
- Responsible for printing materials neatly and accurately using high-speed copy/duplicators. Operates computer driven graphic/desk-top publishing software. May be responsible for performing bindery duties and operating bindery equipment as needed.
- Performs cleaning and minor maintenance on equipment. May provide functional guidance to other employees.
- Provide customer service, answers customer questions relating to printing or bindery. Checks printing request slips for accuracy, records all services on job ticket and bills accordingly.
- Assists in ordering printing or bindery supplies. Coordinates jobs to be delivered with the Graphics team and communicates any issues with equipment which may delay the completion of a job by its requested due date. Performs other duties as assigned.

| Minimum Qualifications |
| |
Graduation from high school or equivalent and two (2) years experience in operating high-speed duplication machines, bindery or offset printing equipment. |

| Preferences |
| |
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook; Proficiency in Adobe products such as PhotoShop, In-Design and Acrobat. |
