Associate degree from an accredited institution in business administration or a related field.
Three (3) years experience in a fast paced, problem solving customer service environment to include at least one (1) year in a supervisory role.
In lieu of the degree requirements additional relevant experience may be substituted on a year for year basis.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form with all levels of staff and citizens on technical and non-technical issues involving the animal control industry.
Must have state certification as an Animal Control Officer or must obtain within six (6) months of hire.
