Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Civil Engineering, Public or Business Administration, or a related field.
Three (3) years of experience in records and process management or a related field.
In lieu of the degree requirements additional relevant experience may be substituted on a year for year basis.
Proven ability to coordinate with other Departments/agencies to meet management priorities related to land development information and customer service.
Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with the general public while discussing, explaining and interpreting departmental policies.
Must have a working knowledge of state and federal records retention laws, or the ability to gain knowledge within six (6) months of hire, in order to make independent decisions based upon that knowledge.
