Mr. Goff is a native of South Carolina and has been a resident of Winter Park since 1983.  He is a principal with ZHA, Incorporated.  His firm provides owner's representative services, planning services and project management services.  He is also a strategic consultant for BAGS, Inc., a remote baggage check in firm and Alpha Corporation, a construction management firm.

Mr. Goff is a member of several local chambers of commerce.
