The Orange County Utilities Department will be replacing the reclaimed water main along a portion of
Kirby Smith Road and North Shore Golf Club Boulevard. Construction will be within the County's
right-of-way, and there is no cost to the residents. Anticipated disruption to the community during
construction may include temporary partial road closures and excavation and restoration of grassed
areas, driveways and sidewalks. The construction is scheduled to begin in June 2008.

Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes states that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by a board, agency, or commission with respect to any matter considered at a meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
